A citizen-centric, trilingual and accessible website revamp, hosted at the Gujarat State Data Centre, migrating and modernising fed.gujarat.gov.in.

F&ED is the policy umbrella at New Sachivalaya: an Environment wing and a Forest wing, guiding the field Forest Force, the boards and the research institutes. The website reflects this structure, rather than treating F&ED as one flat forest site.
One umbrella, many institutions.
And we know who visits: citizens and tourists, applicants and businesses, job seekers, researchers and the media, in English, Gujarati and Hindi.

Three complete, genuinely different design options.
English, Gujarati and Hindi across the whole site.
Permits, RTI, recruitment and grievance, within three clicks.
Smart search, voice assistant and the GIL chatbot.
Your officers update the site themselves, without code.
Security audited, GSDC hosted, every standard met.
Delivered within three months of the work order, then supported for one full year at no additional cost.

The familiar green identity, refined.
Formal teal and ivory, centered masthead.
Bold, warm and striking.
Each direction has its own colours and typography, every screen meets accessibility contrast, and all three are fully clickable today. The department chooses the direction; we refine it together.

Every page works with assistive technology.
Speak a question, hear the answer.
Three viewing themes, switched in one tap.
Larger or smaller text, instantly.
English, ગુજરાતી and हिन्दी, whole site.
Government of India language platform, integrated.
The GIL chatbot, guiding citizens step by step.
Fully usable without a mouse.
GIGW 3.0 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility is built into every page, so Divyangjan citizens use the same website as everyone else, end to end.

Book online in minutes.
SEIAA and GPCB consents.
Apply online, fee guidance included.
Vacancies, rules and results.
Notices, forms, Acts and Rules.
A simple form, with a reference number back.
Ask in Gujarati, Hindi or English.
Events, photos, videos, holiday list.
Services sit above the fold on the homepage, and every page is reachable within three clicks, so a citizen self-serves instead of calling the office.

Gir season, Van Mahotsav, recruitment: the homepage promotes what matters now.
A short, simple summary above every Act and Rule.
Finds the paragraph, not just the file name.
Gir, Velavadar, Nal Sarovar and more, in one consistent format.
The CMS alerts your officers before any section goes out of date.
Every template checked with a screen reader and keyboard before go-live.
All six are included in the current scope at no additional cost.

Simple editor, in all three languages
Nothing goes live without approval
Instantly, with every change logged
Exactly as the tender requires: a no-code CMS with a two-stage publishing workflow for two to three administrators, with a complete audit trail.
The actual CMS in this prototype: the welcome pop-up with start and end dates, edited in three languages.
